Delivery Policy
All deliveries of online orders will be made via Australia Post and thus the cost will be dependent on the weight of the order and size of your order. Please ring the store for a quote prior to purchasing. If you don't ring, we will contact you via email with your quote so please include an email address.
You can still nominate to collect your order from the store by selecting this as your shipping method.
For guidance, the rates from Australia Post for shipping within Australia as at 1 July 2023 are as follows:

Don't forget to allow for packaging, approximately 200 grams, so your order can arrive safely!
After Ordering
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details. We will normally confirm your order within 24 hours of receiving it. For goods currently in stock, if collection in store has been nominated they will be available for collection within 24 hours. If you wish to have your order delivered, arrival will depend on the performance of our delivery agent, Australia Post.
For goods that are not in stock, please contact us via email at orders@ulyssesbookstore.com.au to confirm price and availability prior to placing the order.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Refunds or a replacement book are offered for misbound or faulty books returned within 7 days of receivng them. This policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition. Please ring us or email us at info@ulyssesbookstore.com.au within this time period so that we can resolve the issue.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind refunds, however items can be exchanged within one month of purchase when accompanied by a receipt or store exchange card.
