Delivery Policy

At present we are only offering two types of delivery:

  1. Collection from the Store

  2. Free Local Delivery for orders over $70 to the following postcodes:

Hampton 3188

Sandringham 3191

Black Rock 3193

Beaumaris 3193

Highett 3190 (beachside of Nepean Highway)

Other suburbs are by arrangement. Please ring the store to arrange before making your purchase.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details.  We will normally confirm your order within 24 hours of receiving it. For goods currently in stock, if collection in store has been nominated they will be available for collection within 24 hours.  For "Local Delivery", delivery will by made before 5:30pm, 1 - 3 days from ordering depending on the time of ordering. 

Please note for home delivery you need to have somewhere undercover for us to leave your parcel in case of rain.  If you are not home and we cannot access your property to deliver your order we will return it to the store and you will need to pick it up from there.

For goods that are not in stock, please contact us via email at orders@ulyssesbookstore.com.au to confirm price and availability prior to placing the order.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Refunds or a replacement book are offered for misbound or faulty books returned within 7 days of receivng them.  This policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery.  All items must be returned in their original condition.  Please ring us or email us at info@ulyssesbookstore.com.au within this time period so that we can resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind and there is currently no exchange on items purchased during Stage 4 restrictions so please make sure you choose carefully.  Our exchange policy will resume once our shop can reopen in some capacity.
